ELEN side event: The ELEN Report to the UPR 49th session on Spain
The official side event to be held in Room XXII in the Palais de Nations, Geneva, will discuss the main findings of the Report in particular over ongoing attacks against the official languages, Catalan, Basque and Galician, as well as Asturian and Aragonese, and contravention of language rights.
