ELEN Secretary-General Davyth Hicks and Paul Bilbao Sarria (Euskalgintzaren Kontseilua, ELEN VP) will be speaking at the opening of SUNS Europe, the European festival of performing arts in minoritized languages, on Nov. 25th in Gurize (Gorizia) #Friuli, with Marco Stolfo, University of Udin.
